Employee Money Club
Our "Employee Retirement Planning"
book is the foundation for the instructor when conducting
our moneymaze club program. Our book is designed for all ages and may be targetted
to younger,
mid-life or mature employee groups.
The "Monymaze" employee
money club is a voluntary program designed
to provide a forum for consistent employee financial learning. The program
teaches
employees how to get through the "maze" of financial decisions
we all have to make as
we transition toward retirement. An employee monthly club meeting is provided
to promote debt reduction, maximum use of employee benefits, pre-retirement
education, retirement planning and other financial topics.
The monthly club is managed by employee leadership with guest
speakers
and provides challenges, goals, recognition, awards and incentives to help employees
develop sound money management practices.
This program may be an on-site or off-site lunch & learn
program to maximize
employee voluntary participation. The Internet Connection Association provides
a club organization, promotion and leadership training program and maintains
monitoring to make certain the club succeeds. Minimal
employee on-the-job time is involved.
