THE
401(k) DILEMMA
Statistics indicate that 401(k) plans are not being funded
with enough money
to even begin to be sufficient for contributor's retirement.
According to experts,
there is approximately $15,500 in the average 401(k). Recent stock bear markets
have made the funding problem even more extreme because some employees have
stopped putting savings into a 401(k) altogether. Employees need better and
more consistent
education in order to encourage more people to save for their retirement. Unless
companies
assume more responsibility for educating employees, baby boomers are headed
for disaster!

avoid
financial bankruptcy in later years.
